How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!


I haven’t received my order yet, and I noticed that I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Once an order is placed, we can’t change the order, so please review your order before you finish checkout and make sure that you’re ordering the correct product, size, style, and color.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item that requires a size in our store. You can find the sizing chart in the “product description” section.


What’s your return policy?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. This includes any downloadable digital content. It also includes ordering the wrong size, style, or color. Please make sure you check the sizing charts and product details before ordering.


Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive items that are not what they order or receive items that are damaged upon arrival. We will issue a refund for an item that is defective, e.g. misprints, an item that arrives as a different color or size from what was ordered, or an item that arrives damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues.
